The Service helps you buy parking sessions and permits, manage active visits, and pay or look up citations. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the Service, including:

• Contact information (mobile phone number, email address, and name when provided)
• Vehicle information (license plate and state/province)
• Payment-related information processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers)
• Session, order, and citation details related to your parking activity
• Device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited)

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide parking checkout, session management, receipts, and citation payment
• Send transactional communications, including SMS session alerts when you opt in
• Authenticate your account and prevent fraud
• Improve, secure, and support the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, we may send automated transactional text messages about your active parking session (for example, confirmations, reminders, or payment-related notices). Message frequency varies per session. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, as described in Data Sharing below.

Data Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, payment processing, hosting, and telecommunications providers), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

SMS Opt-In and Mobile Data: Mobile numbers collected for the purpose of sending transactional parking session alerts will not be sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as required to deliver messages you requested.

Data Security
